Your First Visit Experience

Your first visit is designed to be thorough, informative, and personalized. During your 45-minute New Patient Exam & Consultation, one of our doctors will review any necessary radiographs and perform a comprehensive evaluation of your teeth, gums, bite, and the soft tissues of your head and neck. We will also capture a Wellness Scan with our advanced 3D intraoral scanner at no charge. This quick, comfortable scan lets you see what we see and helps us monitor changes over time and provide more personalized care. We'll take the time to discuss your dental history, address any concerns or goals you may have, review your home care routine and oral health habits, and answer any questions. You'll receive a clear explanation of our findings along with personalized treatment recommendations, so you can make informed decisions about your care. After your initial visit, we'll help you schedule any needed treatment with the doctor or arrange a cleaning appointment with one of our hygienists to keep your smile healthy.

If you're experiencing a dental emergency or urgent problem such as a toothache, broken tooth, swelling, or infection, we'll tailor your visit to address your immediate concern first. Once you're comfortable and the urgent issue has been evaluated, we'll work with you to develop a plan for any additional treatment and your long-term oral health needs.
