We accept a wide range of insurance plans and payment options. If your preferred plan isn't listed below, feel free to call us at 585-442-1951 — we may still be able to accommodate you.
Dr. Alan Wolff is a participating provider with the following insurance plans: Aetna, Cigna, Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Guardian, Health Economics. Dr. Al is currently NOT accepting new patients.
Dr. Ron Wolff currently accepts: Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, and Health Economics.
Dr. Phuong Bui currently accepts: Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, and Health Economics.
We welcome patients with out-of-network insurance benefits and will gladly submit claims for you as a courtesy. Coverage and reimbursement levels may be lower than with an in-network provider, which may affect your out-of-pocket costs. While we do our best to assist with coverage, you are ultimately responsible for any charges incurred. Most insurers process claims within 4–6 weeks. Any remaining balance will be billed to you.
Please call the office with any insurance updates and our staff is happy to ensure you are scheduled with a participating provider. Many companies have affiliation with one of our participating insurances.
