Meet Dr. Phuong Bui!

Dr. Bui earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2024. She then completed advanced clinical training at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health at the University of Rochester in 2025, where she developed expertise in a wide range of general and restorative dental procedures.

As a Rochester NY dentist, Dr. Bui offers comprehensive dental services, including cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign clear aligners, dental crowns, dentures, and dental implant restorations. She is passionate about helping patients improve both the function and appearance of their smiles through personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.

Dr. Bui is known for her gentle touch, attention to detail, and ability to clearly explain dental conditions and treatment options. She takes the time to listen carefully to her patients, ensuring all concerns are addressed and that each patient feels comfortable and confident throughout their visit. Originally from Vietnam, Dr. Bui is fluent in both English and Vietnamese, allowing her to better serve a diverse patient population in the Rochester area. Outside of the office, she enjoys playing pickleball and spending time with her two orange cats. Her husband is currently completing his neurology residency in Pittsburgh.
