Dr. Ron grew up in Brighton and returned home after obtaining both his undergraduate and dental doctorate degrees from the University of Maryland. In 1980, he began working alongside his father, Dr. Marvin Wolff, and soon welcomed his brother, Dr. Al, to the family practice. To Dr. Ron, the best part of dentistry is getting to see familiar faces every day, like catching up with old friends. In 2003, Dr. Ron began working at a satellite office in Wyoming County, where he still sees patients three Mondays a month, spending the rest of the week in Rochester. In his free time, Dr. Ron enjoys golf, bowling, road biking, reading, and watching classic Film Noir movies. He also loves taking long walks with his dog, Warrior.

Dr. Al has called Brighton home since he was a kid. He grew up playing soccer at Brighton Schools and even met his future wife while in school. Dr. Al earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and his dental doctorate from the University at Buffalo, before joining the family practice in 1985. In 2003, he started working at a satellite office in Wyoming County, where he still sees patients every Tuesday. Dr. Al is a big Bills fan, loves Rita’s ice cream, and enjoys spending time with his wife, their four grown children, and his first grandchild, who calls him “Opa.” His wife helps manage the practice, and all three of their daughters have worked at the office over the years—especially his oldest, Jenna, who has worked alongside him for two decades.

Dr. Bui is originally from Vietnam and moved to the US at age 16. She studied at Smith College before earning her dental degree from the University of Maryland. She recently completed a one-year residency in general dentistry at Eastman Dental at the University of Rochester. She had been shadowing and receiving mentorship from Dr. Ron since 2018 before finally joining the practice in 2025. Dr. Bui performs a wide range of procedures, with a special interest in esthetic zone fillings, crowns, veneers, and dentures. When she’s not caring for patients, she’s likely cooking, eating, playing pickleball, cuddling her two orange cats, or FaceTiming her husband who recently moved to Pittsburgh for medical residency training.

Danielle is one of our dental hygienists. She joined our practice in 2017 and graduated from SUNY Monroe Community College’s Hygiene Program. She is a Golden Doodle mama of two and loves running marathons.

Rene is one of our dental hygienists.  She joined our practice in 2018 and graduated from SUNY Erie Community College’s Hygiene Program. She has two kids and enjoys quilting and working in her garden.

Chrissy is Dr. Ron’s dental assistant. She joined the practice in 2021 and graduated from SUNY Monroe’s Community College’s Dental Assisting Program. Chrissy is an avid animal lover and loves working on her house.

Jennie has worked with Dr. Al as his assistant in Rochester since 2015 and works with all three doctors in their satellite office in Wyoming! She loves her horses and being in the outdoors.

Lydia is Dr. Bui’s dental assistant. She began her dental journey in early December 2024 at Eastman Dental, where she and Dr. Bui met and worked together. Lydia has a passion for dancing and enjoys spending her free time taking walks in the park and relaxing at home with her family.

Pat joined the practice in 2006 as our Front Desk Receptionist. She is a mother to four boys and to our cutest employee CJ. She quickly grew in the office becoming the office manager and as the office continued to grow now focuses on Dr. Ron and Dr. Bui’s accounts. She loves to bake and has grown to develop personal relationships with almost all our patients.

Jenna started working in the office on Saturdays in 2007.  While working she graduated from Nazareth college and as the practice grew became the office manager to help manage the caseload.  She currently handles Dr. Alan’s accounts as well as assists him on Mondays on the clinical end.  She has one daughter and is Dr. Al’s daughter!

Danielle is our Front Desk Coordinator and joined the practice in 2019. She is wonderful at helping patients with all their questions and concerns when they call and walk into our office. She graduated from SUNY Buffalo State University and can be found locally at many large art festivals with her beautiful felt flowers. Check out her work at @jamflowgems.
